Terms of Service [4ThePunters ‘4TP’]
i) These terms apply to all services provided by 4TP
ii) Information by ALL services is given out on the understanding that it is used solely by the member. If it is believed that anyone is sharing or giving out the information for profit or otherwise, they will have their membership cancelled & they will not receive any refund of any days left from their paid membership.
iii) 4TP uses email marketing to promote their services & may offer special offer rates for their services on different days.
iv) If for any reason 4TP are unable to run the service for a specific amount of time, any paid members will get the lost service time added to their membership.
v) 4TP does not offer refunds under any circumstances. (You are agreeing as part of the terms of service to waive any rights under the Distance Selling (Consumer Protection) Regulations 2000 to an automatic cancellation of their subscription within a seven day period, on the basis that you will have access to the services before the expiry of this seven day period)
vi) 4TP will not tolerate any threatening or abusive messages or behaviour either on Facebook posts, messages or email. Any behaviour of this type towards any staff of 4TP may result in legal proceedings.
vii) All information is sent to members via email the evening before racing or at the latest before 10am the following day.
viii) Any odds quoted within the members emails will be correct at the time of compiling the email. Odds can fluctuate & we will not be held responsible for any difference in the odds once the email is received & opened.
ix) Email can be unreliable sometimes & if you are not receiving emails always check spam first. Members are always advised to add the following email addresses to their safe sender/favourites list

x) Past performance is no guarantee of future profits. We advise members to only bet with what they can afford to lose.
xii) 4TP does not & can not guarantee that all the information from any service will win.
xiii) 4TP will not be held responsible for any losses incurred following the information given out during your membership period.
xiv) Some of our services have recurring payment links. These payments are 100% in your control & can be cancelled any-time through your Paypal account dashboard.
xv) Free month guarantee links must be kept active to keep receiving any service info.
xvi) Some times we offer info on an individual basis. If information is purchased & then declared a non-runner a replacement will be sent within 20 days.
